Very responsive to questions and issues as they came up. It was obvious that they truly care about the customer.
More dialog/information regarding key selections such as windows and furnace.
Loved working with Dawn and Jeremy. It was a personal experience, tailored to us, and we were listened to throughout the entire process, but provided solid and budget-conscious guidance.
Would have used a different lender, though this wasn't Midwest's issue. Honestly, wouldn't change much. I was completely opposed to building a home, and have come full-circle to say I'd do it again - with Midwest! Haven't had quite as positive an experience with the installation of A/V (pre-sales was great, post-sales, not so great), nor Glacier (hasn't taken a consultative approach, and when provided our input, appeared put-off and cranky. Behavior and willingness to work with us/responsiveness since that time has been terrible.
