For the most part, the team was very responsive and at least gave the impression of caring about concerns. The contract, allowances, options etc could be laid out much better in more of a spreadsheet format. I think it would be good to have an online tracker shared between the client and builder that shows: status, cost tracking, selection status for every single item. Essentially an online dashboard that both can track and update for realtime status, or at least weekly.

More walkthrough in the design process, including items such as the driveway, sidewalks, window views, column design etc.
