Would Change

Install higher end appliances in parade homes Dishwasher is very loud. include LED lights in recessed lights, timer for outdoor lighting

Liked Most

I liked most that I could throw an idea of something I wanted out there, and maybe not fully know how to best accomplish it, and Midwest could provide feedback on it and change it to make it better, or offer other alternatives that could accomplish what I wanted or what I could be happy with. Very nice dynamic when it came to the design of the house.

Would Change

I would've liked to see more upgrade options during the selection process. Some things were just chosen for us like the fireplaces and we didn't get to see other options. Bathfans were another item, but we specifically asked for a heater in bathroom and Midwest did a great job finding a bathfan with heater for us. So this isn't a big deal at all, I guess I would just like to see more upgrade options, even if they're small.
