Review of Overall Experience

Very negative. I felt taken advantage of because I trusted the people and signed the walkout agreement when there was lots of uncompleted work to be done. I just trusted them that they would be completed before I moved in and it has been almost a month and the work hasn’t been completed yet. I can’t move in because the painter’s haven’t finished doing the touch up. The water doesn’t sometimes flow in the basement and the plumber is indicating that I might need to change the heating system in the basement to allow the water to flow consistently.
