Honestly, the communication and enthusiasm of Lisa and then Austin was amazing. They both walked us through our first home build so well. We had independent people look over the home and all said it was well done. I can’t tell you how thrilled we were with the whole process.

The overall experience was great and seamless. The people we worked with, Heather and Thomas were awesome! There was only two negatives, which we learned quickly, was the final walkthrough. We felt extremely rushed and didn’t know we had as much time as needed. We found many things after the fact that we now have to wait 11 months to address unless we want to pay ourselves now. The second being the landscaping, which we’ve noticed the draining was not great and the grading around the home was completely not done to our expectation. Other than those twi items, everything else was great!

This was a great experience from day one. Working with Alexis was a pleasure. She handled everything beautifully. The gentleman we worked with to pick out all of our interior selections. Did a fantastic job. Mr. Alex came through about halfway through the build and did a stellar job for us. Very thorough, very informative and very on top of everything. Everybody throughout the entire process was very on top of everything. It truly was a pleasure. It took a lot of the anxiety and worry out of the process to know we were working with great people. It was a pleasurable experience. We feel lucky to have found the team we worked with, the property we built on and the home. All fantastic.

Our representative Rob was amazing! He was knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, honest and kind. He returned our calls, answered our questions and made our overall experience very pleasant. We would definitely recommend Rob and would certainly work with him again. Our builder Jesus was also amazing. Jesus was very caring about meeting our needs and definitely exceeded our expectations. He always returned our messages in a timely fashion and addressed any questions we had. Jesus was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and he certainly took pride in the work he does. His communication was outstanding. Mungo is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. I would highly recommend Jesus. We would definitely work with him again.
