Great experience and great builder to work with. I represented myself as a realtor in the buying process and I have been through all of the other builders in this area. Not one of them was even close with the level of quality or attention to detail that Mungo was. Mitch was a pleasure to work with. Funny enough, I also buy from Clayton homes for my real estate investing business and considering you all are owned by the same company I am shocked Clayton homes operates the way they do. Mungo is the standard to which all your companies need to operate. Clayton needs to learn more from Mungo on how to make the process smooth and easy. Clayton homes uses materials that are below the lowest quality material available to the public for purchase and their products always have problems and their managers always complain when the problems need to be addressed, which is 180 degrees different than the Mungo experience.
