Everyone involved was very helpful in making the home buying and settling in pleasant. It is apparent that the entire crew is well-versed and willing to make the buyer confident and relaxed in what can be stressful at times.

Review of Overall Experience
We had a good experience with Drew. He was very responsive to our text messages and request. We asked to move the tree in the front yard due to culture reasons and he was able get that moved. He was respectful and professional. Once we moved in we did notice a lot of scratches on cabinets and shower doors and the we felt the home could have been slightly cleaner at move in. We reached out to the warranty and the representative about the shower doors said it’s considered cosmetic and there might not be anything they can do and that would be very disappointing as for the value we paid for a brand new home. A lot of issues were found within the 30-days but once submitting to warranty majority of it taken care of at a timely matter still waiting on some big ticket items.
