Review of Overall Experience

From start to finish we had an extremely positive experience during the entire process. Our sales agent Amy was professional, personal, and always responsive to our needs. We were absolutely confident in our builder Cal. He consistently updated, reassured, and gave us his upmost attention throughout the entire build. Our build began with drainage issues, that seemed like a never ending resolution was going to happen. If it was not for Rachel, the sales manager constantly updating us, and reassuring us every step of the way, we may not have continued with our contract. Rachel is a great asset, and an absolutely amazing representative of the Mungo Corp.

Review of Overall Experience

Two major issues in first week. Contacted emergency number but problems not addressed until next day. Missing light plug in butlers pantry. kitchen cabinets look horrible. Not centered, big gaps and very poor quality.
