My husband and I purchased our second Mungo home in the Maison Ridge community in Youngsville, NC. The home was already built when we purchased it. The sales rep - Jenie - was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable , enthusiastic, and highly responsive to all of our questions. There were a few items that we felt left room for improvement as far as construction, namely: nails showing on the siding, front door not closing/latching properly, drywall dust on all interior shelving throughout the home at move-in. However, other items, such as stains on the countertops and a broken cabinet door, were promptly and appropriately addressed. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and excited to continue being a part of a Mungo community.
