Review of Overall Experience

The windows are not high end, resulting in the home feeling drafty when it gets cold. Also , there was a large crack in the concrete on the garage that covered the garage floor from one end to the other end. I called the Mungo rep ( not the builder) and she never returned my call which was disappointing. The builder for my home (Jesus) said they were not going to fix the crack. I don’t think when you purchase a new home, you should have to accept a large crack in the garage, I know other builders would have fixed it because I was an agent for over 20 years. Jesus, our builder was amazing and did an outstanding job on constructing our home. Renne was equally outstanding and is a very knowledgeable and proactive real restate agent, in fact I think she is the best new home sales agent I have ever encountered..
