We purchased a move-in ready home while living out-of-state. As soon as we walked into the model, we immediately felt comfortable making the purchase. John was extremely accommodating and attentive to our schedule and needs. Thereafter, once we committed, Rick made sure the house was ready and consulted with us right up until our move-in date and continued to follow-up with us after we moved in.
