My overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone I interacted with at Mungo Homes from the sales rep to the builder was very courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable with expressing any concerns i may have had and asking any questions I had and they responded with not only very informative answers but also with understanding. I would absolutely refer Mungo Homes to anyone and everyone i know looking for not only a beautiful house, but a quality house.
Sara was great. I’ve accidentally called her so many times on her days off and she always answers every silly question I have. Janell has been helpful as well.

It’s good experience working with multiple stakeholders 1. Sales team is great and above exceptions 2. Builder is co-operative however I and private inspector found many issues and some are very simple and can be viewed by eyes. Some were really big mistake and misses .. one important outlet is missing in internet room.. 3. The house design and and space allocation especially in kitchen cabinets and closets is worst. The designer seems to be first grade graduate.. no thoughtful design of cabinets.. as a customer and first time buyer we can’t predict how it will look after build but as designers should have vision how it will be seen and what makes sense to build in the same cost. Kitchen cabinets are really really small . It’s smaller than one bedroom apartment.. also no pantry 4 grading. Is also worst no design visibility no value for customer ..!no understanding how yards will be useful for customers 3.

Great experience with Mungo homes. Dylan the builder was so communicative throughout this whole process and answered any questions we had, even after closing. Everyone has been pleasant to work with.
Missy, from the very beginning of our search process for a home to the closing on our home, was incredible. She was always available to respond to our questions. She made this process so easy. Stephen was also very instrumental in our process of buying the home. He thoroughly explained everything on our first walk-through as well as our homecoming walk-through. I have called him several times with questions about our home and was ready to help as needed. I have been very impressed with both Missy and Stephen as well as Mungo Homes. My wife and I love our new home.
