My experience with both the new home and the builder has been overwhelmingly positive. From the beginning, the builder demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality. The realtor- Trish London was overly amazing. Post-closing support has been reliable, with the builder following through on minor fixes or adjustments.
