The Representative (Barry George) is a seasoned sales person. He has exceptional customer relationship skills and was very helpful from inception to move-in. Severally, he had to change his schedules to accommodate our appointments and even made himself available on Sundays when we requested for it. Despite his sprained ankle then, he made extra effort to take us into several available suites in the course of our decision making countless times. Provided us with informed options/alternatives and was well knowledgeable in the built sector. He made a lasting impression on us. Concerning the home, we liked the environment - playground at the north side, near some grocery stores and schools. Design layout is quite impressive and workmanship commendable. During the heavy snow falls we experienced, removal was quite on time. Also, the customer service desk is very prompt in responding to issues. We got the front door and plumbing issues encountered attended to promptly. Overall, we are quite happy with North Ridge and hope that you will continue to provide such exceptional service.
