Once again, with our first meeting with Jackie Spelay, we felt that we made the perfect choice for meeting our lifestyle at this point in our lives. Whenever I had any concerns they were answered quickly. I do think North Ridge needs to have closer communication in all aspects of different responsibilities in their respective areas of expertise.

Other than having a very rushed introduction to our home during the walk through and poor communication with the people at North Ridge we are very pleased with our home.

I received my keys in early December and have been living in my home for just over a month now, and I truly love it. The entire home-building process was a great experience, especially as this was my first time doing it on my own without a partner. Jason, the salesman, was incredible to work with. He answered all of my many (sometimes crazy!) questions quickly, and if he didn’t have the answer right away, he always found the right person who did. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive he was throughout the process — it made a huge difference and helped me feel confident every step of the way. While there are a few small things I would change, overall the home is beautiful, comfortable, warm, and truly feels like home. It feels exactly where I’m meant to be, and I’m so grateful for the experience.
