We had a positive experience with North Ridge. Our sales rep Jason was very positive and friendly. He kept us in the loop as to move in times and progress of the building. The upgrades were awesome. Would definitely use North Ridge again.

The buying experience was quite stressful. The responses to my concerns were superficial, most referring to other sources, did not find them helpful. The back yard is not build for outdoor enjoinment: the noise from air conditioner that is located on the middle of the patio and all of exhaust vents situated along the wall of patio would not allow to enjoy fresh air and outdoors. The appliance exhaust vents are located directly under operable bathroom window and adjacent to opening bedroom window allowing toxic combustion gases re-enter the home which is against the CSA code.

Was better than expected…Jason Andrewartha was the BEST…can’t say enough good things about him. Everyone we have dealt with at Northridge has been great to deal with and very responsive to any inquiry or concern. We were able to move in on time as per the contract…very grateful for this! So far so good…building is still under construction so hopefully the rest of the project will be completed soon so we will be able to access all of the building amenities (gym, car wash bay and common room).

Once again, with our first meeting with Jackie Spelay, we felt that we made the perfect choice for meeting our lifestyle at this point in our lives. Whenever I had any concerns they were answered quickly. I do think North Ridge needs to have closer communication in all aspects of different responsibilities in their respective areas of expertise.
