To date we have been very happy with the quality and appearance of our new home. NuVista has been responsive to take care of minor issues that were identified in the home inspection and also has taken care of some that they noticed as well. The purchase and closing went very smoothly and without any problems whatsoever.
I have bought few houses with Nuvista; This time my experience with Peter was not Good. I’ve heard similar stories from other clients as well

A lot of errors were made as the house was being built; I felt like I really needed to pay attention to the details or things were missed or done incorrectly. All issues were fixed. .

My experience with Nuvista home is pathetic. First they failed to deliver home in agreed time. Secondly, at possession the home was not even ready and there was a long list of incomplete work. After possession, the response to complete outstanding item was very sluggish. So, overall the experience with Nuvista is very disappointing.
