NuVista was great at dealing with the initial paper work to secure the sale of the property. Once we were past the initial steps, it has been clear they are only interested in doing the bare minimum to try to make someone go away. Many of the deficiencies prior to possesion have dragged on far longer than they should have enough though NuVista stated that they would be taken care of prior to possession. Additionally, the contractors they have sent out to address some of the deficiencies have not been able to address the actual issues, and NuVista hasn't bothered to communicate what the next steps will be.

Loved the overall look of the home as we were making the decision to buy, and am enjoying living in there now. But as we live in there I’m finding things where it’s more style over substance. For example interior doors look fine, but they feel cheap, kitchen cabinets look stunning but again they’re equivalent to an IKEA kitchen as opposed to feeling truly high end / custom. The home represents good value overall but a few little things let it down.
Satisfied
Shauna and Sabica were very nice, overall very good and experienced team at NuVista. Steven has been very helpful after possession.
We requested multiple changes that were not carried out because the change was not completed. Care and attention to the quality of the house by the trades people was not supervised or identified when clearly there was issues, examples piping cemented in incorrect location, kitchen light installed in the incorrect location etc. Overall the quality was not good.
Overall good value for money.
This is our second Nuvista home. We loved our first home built 2018, amazed by the care in craftsmanship. Our new 2023 built Nuvista home is also beautiful and we love it. Some small noticeable differences in care of craftsmanship but overall love our home.
