We move to Alberta and really didn’t know what to expect. Phillis and Hal guided us through the process and make us feel at ease. If any concerns Andrew and Kirsten are there to promptly address them. Thank you and highly recommend.

1. Initial customer service with representative was not good due to upgrades documentation and price issue 2. Pre progression walk through was time waste as most of the things was not fixed 3. After house progression there are a lot of defects in house. Dishwasher is not screwed to cabinets , before profession cleaning was not done , paint quality is very poor, floor has detected in center of house. No one get back to us to schedule 2 months inspections. Cabinets are still not complete as per order. Many more to count .

I had some issues during the sales phase. I am overall happy and there are small things that i think it could have been better.
We feel that the house was rushed at the end with little care and attention paid. We would have been happy to accommodate a later possession, as we were out of country for a couple months at possession, but NuVista was too eager for their money. I’ve tried to have the deficiencies completed before we return, but we are now in line with everyone else related to warranty work where I consider it work unfinished. Deficiencies show complete carelessness and ineptness of the trades. We are extremely disappointed with everything related to the house.
