Our experience was good overall. We did have to endure significant delays with our roof sheathing being redone. There was a gap in communication while we were searching for answers during this phase. Mike, Len and Dustin got involved and put our house back on track. Dustin has been great with communication since coming onboard, big thanks to Dustin for his hard work throughout this experience.

We bought the show home. The quality a presentation of the home was good. I would say that some of the 3rd party contractors do not carry the same sentiment as the builder. Given the current cost of homes these days, it would be appreciated if all parties involved brought the same level of focus to that fact.
Sana and Florian in particular were 1st class and thoroughly professional in every way We are both from/in construction and had realistic expectations that were far exceeded by the NuVista team. We would have no hesitation recommending NuVista based on our experience.

Sherri, tje area manger has been amazing throughout the whole process. Her amazing personality was one of the reason we decided to go ahead with it. I belive Nuvista has one of the best designs in terms of functionality. The site manager John and his team and Steven went above and beyond during our walk through and possession.
I'm happy to have NuVista build my home. The journey was great starting with a great Sales team, then the project manager, the construction manger and finally the Service team. I'd definitely recommend NuVista to my family and friends.
We built a home with Nuvist back in 2003 and had a wonderful experience this time was not so good. The sales process was difficult with bad communication and bad delays. There were multiple supervisors on the home through the build which made communication to us and we never had a walk through at any point through construction until just before possession.

We expected some small issues with a new home, but we had too many large issues that shouldn't have happened.
