Overall good, but I lost confidence a bit when I saw water in the attic, and my concerns were never properly addressed. Also, their lighting allowance was a joke, $1485 for a $1.3 million house is an insult.

It is okay. Your subcontractors have done poor job. Service team has poor response time. Emergency number is useless.
Very good value overall, for the time we signed the contract. Very good sales team. So much delay in construction. Bad communication with the head office. No accountability for the construction delay. Deficiencies still not addressed one month after possession. I still recommend NuVista with warnings of the major shortfalls.
Had a horrible and disgusting experience with NuVista. They are extremely good at moving the goal posts/timelines without giving a damn to the customers plans

To date we have been very happy with the quality and appearance of our new home. NuVista has been responsive to take care of minor issues that were identified in the home inspection and also has taken care of some that they noticed as well. The purchase and closing went very smoothly and without any problems whatsoever.
