Moving into a new home is always a challenge because nothing is ever perfect. Most things have been addressed to my satisfaction though and I do love my new home.
There were various things incomplete with the home upon inspection that required a second inspection. Things documented incomplete by building manager at time of closing are still not fixed or complete. Responsiveness is inconsistent with frequent check up from myself. Appliances provided already have issues.
I had a great experience.
We're delighted Susan could assist you in your journey to your new home. Enjoy!
The overall experience was very good. Paula and Raul made it so easy to get into my new house.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our team members. Enjoy your new home!
We had an independent inspector who was very impressed by their build quality. I would recommend them. Good communication with us as well. Enjoyed their staff and contractor.
We're delighted to hear you are enjoying the quality of a Pacesetter Home. Enjoy your new home!
Very easy, great service by the community rep.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Enjoy your new home!
Well we never got the 30 day walk through ( we haven’t moved in yet). So prohomes is dening most everything. So that ticks me off, the top layer in the garage is chipping off (and we were told that it was due to bubbling in it. It was also after the 30 day walk through (which we did not have). Our refrigerator we got with the house gives ice but no water and they can’t fix that either. And why do you use floor tiles on a shower wall and not seal it ( to expensive or being cheap so the home owner pays for it later). If not sealed mold will eventually grow behind it. For the price of the home sealing the tile floors and grout should be included. So to ask if I’m happy/satisfied, well I’m very frustrated.
Fairly easy since the experience of moving is extremely stressful
Poor design, have a third party managing warranties (PROHOME) and what they do is send the msg to pacesetter team and 90% they denied or just don't think it is important or need it... and prohome just pass the word they are smart having a 3rd party involved that way it looks is not pacesetter responsibility on doing the repairs and if you get a approval it takes a few weeks to be repaired (inefficient team) what's important for the costumer is unimportant for the repair team... shortcuts everywhere not a proper supervision while the house was under construction lots of things that needs to addressed before closing... sales department is great but after closing everything is on you
Thank you for your feedback. We are closely evaluating our warranty processes and will take your experience into consideration.
We had an excellent experience from purchasing the home to our first day in the home. The whole process was smooth and we would recommend Pacesetter home to anyone we know.
We're delighted to hear this. Thank you so much for your kind words. We hope you enjoy your new home for years to come.
