Review of Overall Experience
My experience with both Aaron and Rick has been pleasant. When I called with a concern Aaron quickly accessed and addressed the issue promptly. He displays an attitude of sincerely wanting my experience as a new Texas home owner to be positive. From the beginning he greeted me with a smile and informed me of neighborhood activities, nearby cities, restaurants, grocery stores, and etc. As for Rick, I could tell he's a very knowledgable builder. I believe he has been transparent in explaining the craftsmanship it took to make my home one of great quality. My home is not only beautiful, but it literally feels like a very solid structured home. I really appreciate everyone at Pacesetter Homes that has assisted me in someway to make my stay a welcoming one.
