Review of Overall Experience
Sales manager Roger and construction manager George are very helpful .I wish there are some customizations allowed for homes that are building from scratch. There are areas that can be improved in terms of build time lines. We have to wait for more than 10 months for the construction to complete.

Review of Overall Experience
Although my sales agent was exceptional and had great communication and service, the product for the value is shotty. The Workmanship of the home is very below what I have seen with other builders, who are trying to enter into a "luxury home market". The door cuts are all uneven, the weatherstripping on exterior doors crooked, the concrete is cracked everyone from the garages to the front porch and driveway, the kitchen island has some uneven trim cuts and some cheap poly plastic material used that is not a longevity type of material. The cabinets also are very thin and cheap, and just not of quality. I am assuming when they were installed they overshot in some areas which is very apparent. The bathtub faucet is short so when water comes out it splashes everywhere. I did buy a 2023 Model home and so it was AS-IS which is why these items were found after move-in and taking notice and not repairable unless out of pocket. It was my perception that the "model homes" were higher quality and had all the more costly ad-ons but although my home was the most expensive in the neighborhood It definitely does not show due to all the builder deficiencies. I definitely will not ever purchase another model home.
