We had an excellent experience with Pacesetter Homes. Billy was amazing to work with and gave us an excellent deal on our home. He was very helpful, professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy for us. George was also wonderful and provided great service throughout the process. Both Billy and George went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything. We are very thankful to Billy, George, and the entire Pacesetter Homes team for making our home-buying experience so positive. We absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend Pacesetter Homes!

Our experience with Pacesetter has been nothing short of amazing! This is our second new build -our first was through another builder- and although our first house was great, there is just a quality that Pacesetters delivers that has not been matched in my opinion. There are 3 other builders in my neighborhood and while they build beautiful homes, the smallest details make the biggest differences with the Pacesetter homes. Our builder has been extremely helpful. We had orientation to make sure that we understood our home and how to take care of it, that never happened with our first house. All in all, Pacesetter homes are built with intention and quality care.
