Justin and Andrew were really great in helping us get things taken care of after we moved in. Prior to Justin and Andrew our experience with our previous sales rep and construction manager were not great. We are thankful they became a part of our process!

The overall experience was good. Justin was fantastic. I do feel like the "if you need anything let us know" is a bit hollow. Further, it would be great if our AC didn't go out after 3 months and they should change home warranty companies to someone other than ProHome, who sucks!

Our experience with Pacesetter Homes has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, Heidi and Dillon showed incredible compassion, care, and dedication to making sure our home met every ADA accessibility need we had — especially while we were managing traumatic, life‑changing medical circumstances. They took the time to truly listen, understand our challenges, and address every detail with empathy and precision.What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond — suggesting thoughtful design modifications that made our home not only accessible but also beautiful, comfortable, and functional in every way. They never treated future accessibility needs as an afterthought. But as a key part of creating a home that fits our lives now and in the future. Building a home during such a difficult time while traveling was overwhelming, but Heidi and Dillon turned it into something positive and hopeful. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend Pacesetter Homes for anyone looking for a builder who truly leads with heart.

We have enjoyed purchasing with Pacesetter, Dustin was wonderful and very patient as we went back and forth between properties. The home is beautiful and so far we have been satisfied with the construction. There were a few things needing fixed but Pacesetter has been helping us get those issues resolved. We would recommend Pacesetter to others, especially as a first time home buyer.

Some of the workmanship was shoddy, and has required tradesmen to return to rectify the issues. Issues like poor caulking and grounding, or dings on doors or paint issues were not all corrected prior to move in. Getting someone to take care of things post close has not always been easy. During our purchase and building process, we worked with Mel, who was great and attentive and answered all our questions.
