Review of Overall Experience

Some of the workmanship was shoddy, and has required tradesmen to return to rectify the issues. Issues like poor caulking and grounding, or dings on doors or paint issues were not all corrected prior to move in. Getting someone to take care of things post close has not always been easy. During our purchase and building process, we worked with Mel, who was great and attentive and answered all our questions.
