Our sales person, Mel was so attentive and responded quickly to our request. They changed building supervisors 3 times during our build. This was frustrating due to lack of consistency.

Justin and Andrew were really great in helping us get things taken care of after we moved in. Prior to Justin and Andrew our experience with our previous sales rep and construction manager were not great. We are thankful they became a part of our process!

The overall experience was good. Justin was fantastic. I do feel like the "if you need anything let us know" is a bit hollow. Further, it would be great if our AC didn't go out after 3 months and they should change home warranty companies to someone other than ProHome, who sucks!
