Overall, we had a great experience with Pacesetter Homes. Our salesperson, Justin, was a difference-maker. He was kind, professional, and accommodating. Justin answered all of our questions and was available to show us the house several times before we made a decision. After the sale, Justin has continued to follow through. We met several sales reps during our house hunt who were either unfriendly or did not know their product. We love our house and look forward to a continued partnership with Pacesetter Homes.

Lety and George were incredible to work with. From the very beginning, Lety guided my husband and me through our first home-buying experience with confidence and care. She made sure we found a home that checked all our boxes at the right price point, and she was always available whenever we needed her. She was also flexible and quick to adjust her schedule to accommodate us, even on short notice. George was equally fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and attentive throughout our walkthroughs and beyond. He took the time to answer every question we had and remained consistently helpful throughout the process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Together, Lety and George made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable.

It's been an overall good experience. I had a few issues that took some time to figure out. My dishwasher wasn't working at closing. It took a month - and several technician visits - before they finally agreed to replace the dishwasher. They also closed up a part of the active that is hard to access with a light left turned on and new window stickers still on an attic window. They did take care of all of these issues eventually.

When home buying, we had no idea what to do or how to go about finding our forever but Mitchell was excellent in providing all the information we needed to feel confident in buying a house. With every step we were informed very well and reassured whenever things came up. Correspondence and communications were always prompt and concise. Even after closing, pacesetter homes does their best to address any concerns we have. We would 100% recommend this builder and Mitchell and Bart the builder to any of our friends.

My overall experience was ok. Molly was friendly, provided speedy communication, always readily available to assist and answer questions. Aside from Molly though I have issues with my home that wasn't addressed. It started with the builder installing outside conduits in some of the townhomes but not mine, I had a private inspection and was told by ProHome during my walk thru if I provided pacesetters with a copy then they'll address my inspectors findings so no need to blue tape those items. That was a lie because at closing those items were still not addressed. Then I go through Pro Home to file these claims and everyone they schedule to fix the issues keeps saying everything is the builders problem so it's not anything they can fix or they've come and put a band aid on the damage to remedy the issue.

I had the best experience working with Terri to throughout the building process. I felt like it was quick and stress free and I always knew what was going on because of her great communications. I would recommend her to anyone and also work with her again if I choose to build again.
