We were still determining initially, but he made things easy and smooth after meeting Bob. He showed us the homes per our requirements and explained the process very clearly. For a person like me who has less knowledge of these things, it was a very good experience.

Review of Overall Experience

All available upgrades options not offered to me. Some are very illogical, like giving ring door bell but home security system installed honeywell, both does not goes hand in hand. Now If I want a centralized system it became expensive. Either I need to throwaway Honeywell security system or ring door bell. I'm not happy with lawn sod installation. It is very bumpy and drainage from side of house is very poor. It remain muddy always. But I've seen Pacesetters homes housed in same community, their lawn is much better than mine.
