Review of Overall Experience

The home is well constructed and we love the location and layout. Pacesetter was not good to work with. Concerns about the home were ignored, advertised features were skipped until we forced them to add them in and the builder representatives acted surprised when we brought up issues that had been brought up before. Communication with the builder was good until we signed a contract, and got progressively worse throughout the building process.

Review of Overall Experience

Sales manager Roger and construction manager George are very helpful .I wish there are some customizations allowed for homes that are building from scratch. There are areas that can be improved in terms of build time lines. We have to wait for more than 10 months for the construction to complete.
