Review of Overall Experience
Overall, my experience with Pacesetter Homes was good. The home was well-built, with solid construction quality and attention to detail. However, there were several challenges throughout the process. The construction progress was slower compared to inventory homes, and some fixtures were not ordered on time despite completing design center appointments months in advance. The home was handed over without proper cleaning, and a water leak was discovered in the study room immediately after closing. I do appreciate that the team promptly addressed the leak within a couple of days. The closing process was also frustrating. I was initially told on 10/20/2025 that the closing date would be 11/21/2025, but the lender had a different date, which caused confusion and required additional follow-ups to correct. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the lender did not apply the seller credits toward the closing costs as per the contract. Due to the closing date miscommunication, I did not have enough time to review this before closing. After closing, I followed up with the Pacesetter Homes, the lender, and the title company regarding the missing credits, but since the home was already closed, each party pointed to a different team, and the issue remained unresolved.

Pacesetter is one of the new builder which I came across in Dallas and their home models , appliances gave very luxury feels . They were more responsive throughout the home buying journey . I would not imagine closing on time without their assistance. I requested them to close on particular date and Roger was on top of it to close on time. All of my friends appreciated the pacesetter for the home models and home buying assistance. I recommended all of my friends to consider the pacesetter home models while buying a new homes ☺️ I highly recommend considering this is one of the great growing home builder in Dallas , Texas .
