Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are disappointed we were not able to meet your expectations as we have with 89.9 percent of all our closed homebuyers YTD as reported by Avid Ratings, an independent customer satisfaction company. We regret the delay in getting your home built and closed during this past year, which has caused many delays in materials and scheduling. As you know, the closing got pushed due to a window being broken the morning before closing, which caused us to not get the Certificate of Occupancy by the city. This was unforeseen and we regret the frustration it caused you. As of this response, only three items remain to be complete from your original list and we expect them to be completed by Wednesday Aug. 25. Our goal is to get your home completed to your satisfaction so you can enjoy your new home for many years to come.
