Would Change

I had a leak in my upstairs main shower . Curt personally came and checked it out. The plumber came very quickly and fixed the problem. It was a bad solder on one of the shower pipes. He had to cut a square portion out of the drywall in the linen closet. The contractors took one month before they came and started on the drywall repair in the closet. They have come three times. They were supposed to finish last weekend but I have not heard from them in one week. I have not been able to use my linen closet. Not too impressed.

Our sales person Matt was very attentive, he answered every question and made the building process easier. We are pleased with our new home with the few exceptions noted above

Would Change

Attention to Detail when painting, one coat is not enough and the paint that was used is not durable. Heating in the master bedroom is not sufficient, more vents are needed to keep it warm. Vinyl plank flooring was highly recommended as it was supposed to be quite durable, this is definitely not the case. Carpet on the second floor could have been installed better, seams are quite visible. Tile around bathroom tub could have been laid better.
