Liked Most

Extremely informative of the warranties and service recommendations of all appliances and general home upkeep. Customer service was and continues to be excellent. Whenever I phoned they picked up right away or got back to me in a timely manner if a message was left.

Would Change

The exhaust vents are constantly flapping and banging on outside due to wind during extremely windy conditions it is very noisy. Pacesetter could have done a better job of preparing the front lawn for possession. Front lawn on my unit and neighbour units had lots of brown patches of grass.

The buying process was really easy. The walkthrough and possession were on time. For any product, after-sales service is an essential part and Pacesetter Homes nailed it. They are wonderful with aftersales service. Easy to contact and responded on time. If you report anything, they contact you and make every effort to fix it as per your need.

Would Change

the previous salesperson I dealt with was not ready to place an offer. However, after which I met Matt, he was helpful and knowledgable and went will the process of placing the offer which was finally accepted.
