Review of Overall Experience

Overall experience with Paparone New Homes was favorable. Cost is always a significant factor, but the overall quality of the construction helped alleviate any concerns. Yes, there are many warranty claims/reports that we have had to file, but the response to each has been prompt and more than satisfactory. Much better experience and quality of construction than we have seen with other builders. Special thanks to the Construction Superintendent (Mike) for addressing a number of special concerns from the pre-settlement walk-through and answering a lot of questions!
