Bernice in sales and Mike in construction were amazing. They made a stressful process so much better. Each of the venders (flooring, cabinets, lights) were very helpful with design advice.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall, the experience was good. However, there were several issues identified after closing, including damage to the bathroom cabinets, hardwood floors, and the metal frame at the front entrance. It has taken quite some time to schedule repairs, and nearly two months after closing, these items are still pending, although an appointment is set for next week for the flooring and fixing the metal frame . It would have been greatly appreciated if post-closing repairs had been addressed more promptly
