From touring the home during the shopping experience to going under contract to closing and moving in, this has been the best home buying experience of my life; I'm 62 years old, so that's a lot of years to compare. Dawna the RC sales agent and my realtor Lynzie guides me through the entire process, answered my questions in very timely fashion. The quality of home for the price exceeded my expectations. The icing on the cake is the $15,000 closing cost coverage and 10/2 warranty. Several friends have asked how I afforded a new home in this tough economy, and I've shared my experience with Rausch Coleman and the Jonesboro Arkansas area. It's a win all the way around. Thank you!
