Disappointed that small additions, like an EV outlet in the garage, were outright refused. Also, the sod put down for the lawn is absolutely disgusting. We really were amazed at the poor service, responses during the build and our purchase, and the absolute disregard to any level of quality in the landscaping. Extremely poor job grading the land, damage to the water line and water covering in the lawn by hitting them during the "grading" and then the extreme low quality of the sod. Just can't state enough how poor of a job was done. Also, our sales representative seemed to be very inexperience and unknowledgeable regarding the home and add-ons we chose. overall a disappointing experience.
