Review of Overall Experience

I think that it was just a difficult time to buy a new build home. My overall experience was not terrible but it is frustrating to move into a brand new house with so many things left incomplete. I have purchased new build before and had a much better experience. My home last new build was perfect when I moved into it. I currently have blue painters tape from my final walk thru from floor to ceiling. Much of the spots have fallen off as it's been weeks since my walk thru. And I have the inconvenience of having to be home for multiple contractors that are scheduled to fix and finish my home. I have painters, cabinet people, floors, and tile work all left to be completed. For a $920K home I would call that disappointing. I cannot say that I was terrible impressed with my experience.
