Review of Overall Experience

We love the home. I think the framing subs could use some help. There are a lot of areas, walls, floors that are not straight. We are awaiting next steps of fixing some minor things after our move in and not sure how to proceed, but overall very happy.

Dan was wonderful to work with. I called so many times about little things, various questions, and he was always courteous and patient with me. I never bought a home in a subdivision and was overwhelmed with the choices that had to be been made. I found the cost of these extras to be way too high,
