Ryder has worked very hard at trying to fix the less than optimal work done by the trades.
When I first discovered Meadow Creek by Ryder Homes, Phase 1 was sold out so I put my name on their waitlist for Phase 2. I was #61 on that waitlist for the additional 30 homes to be built in Phase 2, and only 8 of those were the Plan 3 floor plan that I had fallen in love with. After a very, very, long wait, I am sitting here today in my Meadow Creek Phase 2, Plan 3 home. It was well worth the wait, and I am thankful that everything aligned to allow me to wait for the completion of this home. Julie, Aaron, and Carlos have been absolutely wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive when needed. The rollout of the Salesforce software to manage the purchases of home in Phase 2 had a LOT to be desired; simply put, it was not accurate and the totals that were generated did not reflect the true total of the base price + options selected. However, having worked in IT for many years and experiencing questionable Salesforce software in the past, Julie and I were able to work through the issues that were discovered.
