Miguel is fantastic. Super friendly, engaged, willing to come to the house and definitely cares about the work his team and vendors does. Bradley is very responsive and helpful. I wish the workers were a little more careful with the work they do. Small things are very noticeable. I think your office reps are good. They are responsive but I’m not convinced they are as accurate as they are confident. That’s a little challenging for me. Overall though, the home we have purchased is great.

For starters, Sales people will say anything to get you to purchase. I didn't even need convincing - we loved the floor-plan and it was perfect for us as a family. I realize I purchased my home "as is" because I was not involved with choosing anything - I bought a finished home. but there are some things I would like to bring up. This model was billed as multi-generational - so where is the cable and internet connection plugs in the guest/multi-generational room? if the additional room downstairs was supposed to be a den/office, again where is the internet connection/phone jack - not everyone like wireless networks.

We have had the absolute best experience with Ryder. We loved working with Dan and Heather. We spent a little more time with Dan than Heather and we cannot say enough great things about him. He was so great every time we went in and in every conversation we had with him. We are incredibly happy with our home. Having purchased a new home 4 years earlier, we had a lot of problems and we haven’t had anything like that with Ryder. We are so impressed with standards that otherwise would be upgrades. We feel like time and care was given when our house was being built and we have and will continue to to recommend Ryder to our friends and family.
