Review of Overall Experience

I think the sales process was great with the exception of telling us about upgrades that were available (paint) and not providing enough of a selection of faucets/fixtures, appliances, etc. as previously stated. Joe and the project management team were great to work with as is David (post close issues). To reiterate, the largest concern was the paint and trim work throughout the entire house. Both flat and semi-gloss paint was used in the bathrooms, several spots on walls needed to be touched up, much of the molding had dents or was patched but not painted.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall, we had a very good experience. Preston, the project manager, had to deal with a difficult excavation of the property due to unforseen drainage issues and it was done to ensure that we had no water issues in the crawl space. He also had to deal with numerous issues getting power to the property, which was finally completed a month before closing. The house was actually done 2 months earlier than originally estimated.
