Review of Overall Experience

The SR sales and build team truly displayed a caring attitude. The end result was a quality home with excellent value. We are very pleased with our new home, which is the bottom line of selecting SR and the design/build process.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall it is really disappointed with the quality of house, service. I was abandoned right after the closing and didn't care at all. I still need to follow up on the issues of the house quality. My butler's pantry doesn't have glasses on the cabinet door, the bathtubs are not fixed ( can't use them for over a month now), few doors need to be fixed to open/close. I will not hesitate to share my experience about SR homes with my relatives and friends.
