* Geoff Mckay our sales associate was really really helpful and assuring. He took interest in understanding our requirements and was responsive throughout the process and after possession as well. * The value proposition from Sterling is good in comparison to other builders

Would Change

* The upgrade selection process needs major changes. There are no visual tools to determine how would your selections looks like. I found the pricing for upgrades unreasonable as well. I paid around 5000 CAD for basic railings to replace stub-wall * The Exterior trim/color selection process needs to improve. The strips provided to color selection are too small.
