Review of Overall Experience

Sales rep was amazing , but once keys are complete we feel the respect is gone. Tradespeople and the manager are seen everyday , not even a friendly wave while passing. Home quality isn’t what we thought it to be , lots of cracks, and deficiencies being found. Leaks in basement at the slab/foundation. Windows have extreme drafts in winter leaking cold air.

Review of Overall Experience

We were searching for our home for 6 months and we thought we are not going to get it until Tom our sales manager gave us our hope. And we got our home in 2 weeks we are so happy and very satisfied with our new home. Thank you Sterling for building our first home in Canada
