-close to where we were living -easy to drive by anytime. -Since moving in I'm getting answers to questions much quicker than before, which is nice. - liked that we were able to make changes of the plans (most were done right, the ones that were wrong most were corrected (not sure why they all couldn't be- some reasons why the lower scores)

Would Change

- more walk throughs and pictures at the different stages (so we know whats behind walls- studs, wires ects) - have my house super clean when we move in there is still paint on carpets- paint splatter on trim, doors, counters, tile, floors. laminate has some spots of some shiney clear stuff that won't come off the floors - the up-graded carpet shouldn't have had loose bits that i had to cut off and bald spots from day 1 - there was no phone line where it was suppose to be (other side of room) -telus guy said no cat 5 in every tv plug spot only in 2 for the whole house?
