Review of Overall Experience

The salesman lied to us on several occasions, Sterling homes as much as they apologized and change out our lights, really didn’t do much for us based off the comps were offered and 48 hours later being told no those were last weeks deals. Then the trades to excavate our yard to make a road for their trucks and not bother to knock on our door and ask or let us know they would be using our yard for access. Would never recommend sterling unless the buyers have a realtor to protect themselves from the lies and greasy salesman tactics Doing the pre walkthrough and found several issues and the construction crew just removed the markers and didn’t fix the issues (like our kitchen sink leaking) We have a news interview booked to educate the community on the buying process and not being able to trust builders or the salesman.
