There was a huge delay after the purchase agreement was finished, breaking ground didn't happen for several months later , I eventually came to realize this was not sterling's fault and it was the city's issue , so I respected sterling's choice to offer me some free Incentives to my house as a gift due to the incovnvenice of the construction delay, once the building process continued on there wasn't too many issues except for one huge miscommunication regarding some blackout blinds I had picked out for my free incentives, this was later cleared up though by my site superintendent Brad as he informed me I would be receiving them in time . The reason for this was due to the fact that an upgrade I paid for during the building process was outright missed by construction , with no excuse , so as It stands right now i have a handful of things that have yet to be completed by Sterling homes but have been assured they are on their way , as long as everything is completed as I was informed then there is no major concerns here , and i am overall satisfied with my building experience with Sterling homes

More constant communication between the builder / sales rep and the customer, I felt I had to do my own research and constant investigating and checking in to know where progress was at , to make the process more pleasant and enjoyable - the builders end should keep the client updated on all types of completions and scheduled tasks yet to come ,
