Home portal is nice but is not as frequently updated as it should have. Design Q visit prior to official appointment was good and very beneficial. Only wished the team would be willing to provide more info on specific questions on upgrade options and cost so that the decision making is made easier when the time comes for official appointment.

Possession process was very uncomfortable for someone who is a first time home buyer and has never gone through a new build process. We wanted to be involved with the build process a bit more but were kept in the dark with a lot of critical milestones. Site visits were not done regularly when requested which lead to clear deficiencies in the house. Granted CVOID-19 changed things but still the process and experience could have been more pleasant if Sterling team was more open to discuss. Trades coming to do the work were clearly lacking the professional and caring attitude. Quality control was almost non existent. Improve quality control. Improve the attitude of the construction team to be more of caring and doing it the right way even if it takes longer. Understand that for a first time home buyer spending half a million is a significant investment and they just want their future home to built with quality and care which unfortunately was not the case with Sterling.
