Solely based on our experience of our sales representative, I would not recommend Sterling Homes. I truly feel that if we had a different sales associate our recommendation and overall satisfaction would be significantly higher.

Sales rep was amazing , but once keys are complete we feel the respect is gone. Tradespeople and the manager are seen everyday , not even a friendly wave while passing. Home quality isn’t what we thought it to be , lots of cracks, and deficiencies being found. Leaks in basement at the slab/foundation. Windows have extreme drafts in winter leaking cold air.

We were searching for our home for 6 months and we thought we are not going to get it until Tom our sales manager gave us our hope. And we got our home in 2 weeks we are so happy and very satisfied with our new home. Thank you Sterling for building our first home in Canada

Great overall experience although I had some issues on the home itself, they responded quickly. My Area Sales Manager (Natalie) has been amazing as well and the entire team went above and beyond when I thought it was impossible to purchase my house :)

Overall experience was really great! First time buying new home and was really amazed since we bought a Show Home.. Well Guided up to the end of the process, will surely refer Sterling, the agent we worked with and in the right time undergo the same dealings and process without a doubt.

The sales representative was supportive during the whole process of the sales. However, I have a bad experience with the office when I had a concern and contacted the office. The main office did not even allow me to explain myself. I gave this rating because of the excellent professional support displaced by the sales agent.
