Overall, we had a great experience especially with our building/construction crew. They were very responsive and great overall! We loved working with them. Our sales rep (Stone Martin/Porch Light) was not good. She couldn’t answer simple lighting questions, like if a room had can lights (we would have added them), she wasn’t good at responding (she would say she is out until Tuesday). She didn’t show us the design room or help us with any of our questions. This part of the experience was not pleasant. We ended up asking another Stone Martin sales associate who was wonderful! A few of our blue tape items didn’t get fixed, that were marked. I just trusted that everything was done, so that part is on us.
