The overall care and quality of the home given to the buyer. Tartan is wanting to give the customer a home of value and efficiency.

Would Change

I believe that Tartan should be going through the home and do a thorough inspection and make note of the deficiencies as per the (24 hour inspection) that is required and done by the new owner instead. This would elevate undo stress on the new homeowner at the time of trying to move in and make notes on the homes condition within that short 24hr time line.
