Liked Most

I love the floor plan of our new (Frio) home. The large windows and tall ceilings are what drew me to this design. I also really enjoy the open concept design. The master bath is great too. It's just the right size for us. I also appreciate the builder that we dealt with. Zac was always prompt in answering any questions or helping to find solutions to a problem. The sales team of Kim and Patricia were wonderful. Patricia was so helpful at the color selection meeting.

Would Change

I think our air conditioner needs to be slightly bigger for the size of our home. We have only lived here during July and August, but it seems to struggle a bit.
