Surprising to say the least. The project took much too long at 20 months from start to finish and Tilson still has not completed some final punch list items. Our sales consultant didn't have a vested interest or a sincere concern for what we wanted in our home and always wanted to take the least path of resistance to get to the next sale. As expected, we have maintenance issues with, plumbing, electrical, and flooring not install correctly at all. As with most home builder and manufacturer warranties, it's a slow process to get approval to honor the warranty,
