Tommy Taylor. He is absolutely the best person. He truly cares about what he's doing, and he's calm with the home buyer. He just gets things done and taken care of. Then I'd have to say some of his crews that we met (especially the cabinet installers). They were courteous, pilot, and did great work! The home is beautiful, the price was great, but if you don't have the right people in place, it doesn't always work out so well.
Just a couple of personal preferences I've noted: Outlets in the kitchen are sideways even when they didn't need to be. Some did have to be because of limited space, but not all of them. Dishwasher doesn't have a good "heater" so it doesn't dry. I've not called in to see if it has a bad heating element yet. Vinyl floors are beautiful, but they scratch easily. Conditions of the job: I didn't like all the personal trash that was strewn around and "buried" in in the dirt work, especially with a dumpster sitting right there. We were constantly picking up water bottles, food bags, etc. to minimize the trash that would be left. The flooring guys left all of their trash from the boxes behind that we had to clean up. They even used a hole that was dug around a pipeline as a dumping area, so we had to clean it out. I understand it's a construction site, but it would be nice if the crews would be more considerate.
Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. Tonya in the Spring office was wonderful to work with....and Tom Horner was very professional and always kept us up to date with progress...he was fantastic to work with
