Review of Overall Experience

Tilson does build a quality home when they eventually get around to building it. It took 1 1/2 years to build our 1625 square foot home . They lost our build for approximately 3 mo and they assigned 3 different project managers to our build. Finally the last manager was great Danny actually called us back whenever we had questions and checked in with us every Friday. When we did have problems ie no screens for windows, warped cabinet doors, dented door knobs, outside faucet hooked up to water heater which scalded my hand (silly me expected cold water from an outside faucet) Danny saw to it that every problem was fixed asap. Once we finally were able to move into our home it was wonderful but the constant delays with project managers and not knowing what was going on why nothing was going on with our build has cost us thousands due to the rise in interest rates and the cost of storage for all of our stuff . It should not take 1 1/2 years to build a house the size of ours. So if you want a well built home and have endless funds for the expense of long term storage and can find a place to live indefinitely then Tilson is your builder.

Review of Overall Experience

Since day 1 the overall experience was not what I thought it would be it took over a year and a half from signing the contract to moving in and some things are still not right with my home.
