I'm telling you tom Homer the builder had it all together was on top of the build knew what was going on with the build whenever i had a question. When i called he'd pick up in 2 rings or less or if i left a message he'd call back within about 30 minutes. The layout is what we wanted for you'all not having a model to go through.

Would Change

I'd change the interior paint it scuffs to easily and does not wipe off to well. Appliances need to be upgraded to the next level... you can just tell the stove and dishwasher need that bump up just a little if you catch my drift.

Luckey Sloan and Amy Williams started us on our Tilson journey and we couldn’t have gotten 2 better people to introduce us to Tilson. Luckey was super knowledgeable and was genuinely happy for our decision to build a home, she sent us to Amy (she is an Angel-Tilson is so blessed to have her). Amy went through I know 7 houses with us while we were trying to decide what to do. She never pushed in ANY directions. We traveled all over Texas looking at the model homes and decided the Crockett was our forever home. We picked all our colors and upgrades and on to the building process we went! Every contractor that touched our home did a phenomenal job! Our home is BEAUTIFUL. It is an answered prayer and a dream come true!

Would Change

I just wish there had been better communication with our building supervisor, and that the final things hadn’t taken 2 months and a phone call to his supervisor to get them taken care of.
