Overall my experience with tilson homes is a good one, however there are two things that I had to fight and argue with. The first was an electrical issue that was finally resolved, the other is an issue with a product called Ardex that was improperly installed and used to repair my rear patio after one of the contractors damaged it. This issue is only partially resolved due to the fact that Tilson homes has agreed to refund half of the cost for me to install a superior product called polyaspartic. I feel that Tilson homes should cover the entire cost of this product since I was assured that everything would be handled to my satisfaction. If it wasn’t for these two issues I would give Tilson homes all 5 stars on this survey. This one issue has given Tilson homes a huge black eye in my opinion and is why I cannot recommend Tilson homes.

I think my builder Logan was great. I've had a few issues that I had to argue to be done. There are things that weren't fixed with my house. Mainly, we argued about being charged for a few issues that just didn't make sense to argue about. It wouldn't hurt anything. It was small change to the plan, but to be charged $1000 I thought was ridiculous. My builder was great and I don't put it on him. I really liked Logan. Mainly, it's just a money issue. Overall, everything was good except for those few experiences. There was a light on the model plan in a bedroom that wasn't put in the house. My experience overall, was pretty good, but it was pretty stressful. I would recommend Tilson because in the end they tried to make it right. I think my builder made up for that. I still have a flashing on the house that isn't proper. They told me to wait for that.
We had Corey for the first part of our build. He was terrible!!!! Then we were Blessed with Matt. He is the reason I would recommend your homes
Tilson Homes was very responsive and easy to work with.
Great experience dealing with Tilson. The trash bin was a fenced off area directly on the ground. We are constantly finding glass, nails, and other building materials in that area. An actual trash bin would be better in the future.
