I'd recommend but with warning. I know I was naive but I expected to go into an expensive house (for its size and esp. in a Built-for-fiftyfive and older seniors) , with lots of explanation on all the updates and manuals, etc. While the final walk-thru SEEMED ok, once I was living in it I was hours on the phone with the thermostat rep to get the heat up, and others to see that the garbage disposal was UNDER the sink, that the attic's ladder took at least two people to get down & still needs heavy grease, etc.. No life threating items, but as one of the last houses in Phase 3, I felt "on my own" rather than supported through the warranty complaint process
It was a very poor experience and would not recommend buying from Truland homes.
