Review of Overall Experience

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable during the planning phase of our home. There was a snag due to a design aspect changed by Veridian before we had signed the contract (but after we had settled on the plan with our New Home Specialist). That resulted in us having to pay to have it put back in the design. Veridian did not take into consideration the fact that we had settled on it before the change. We enjoyed the design process and the many choices available to us in the Design Center. We made lots of changes to the basic plan of our home and our New Home Specialist and Interior Designer worked hard to accommodate our wishes. The building process went well - different from other homes we've built in that visits during the building phase were limited and only available if a Veridian representative was with us. However, our New Home Specialist kindly offered additional visits with him. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.
