Almost everything as great. The ACC process regarding our satellite application was a little disappointing. They were not clear or consistent in explaining their decisions.

We work closely with our Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to ensure that any exterior or structural changes fall within the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CCR’s”) that were written specifically for your neighborhood. It is a standard ACC requirement in all of our neighborhoods that satellite dishes be installed to the rear of the home, in such a way that is not visible from the curb; directly in front of the home.
