Evan our personal builder. He is a rockstar and he would be the reason we recommend veridian homes.

Would Change

Ensure that your new home specialists are knowledgable and that they record all notes and information. They came back multiple times after telling us an expansion was one price only to change it and then change it again, and then change it again. It took 5 weeks to get a quote on a different type of furnace. Couldnt get answers on other items. Failed to mention that when we enlarged windows that they were not windows that could be opened. The only saving grace to this process was Evan our personal builder. He went out of his way to make us happy and everything work. The rest of this process was a cluster ****. Without him this situation would have sucked because your people continuously dropped the ball. If I was not OCD about the process we would have been going to arbitration over the absurd mistakes that Veridian and our two new home specialists made.
