I am very pleased with my home and the location. Nick is an easy going guy so easy to work with , and knew his product well. Angela was very capable and professional and kept the process going since Islready knew what I wanted. Dawson and Bill were very well organized and usually a step ahead of me . They run a tight ship and it shows. My damaged carpet replacement is taking a little bit longer than I thought, and that goes for the seeding of the lawn, too. But I’m still moving in so hasn’t bothered me too much. The AAC has been a little hard to deal with. Sent my first papers in April 23, but faulty manual info caused that , and on their website it is difficult to distinguish between what application to fill out. Finally got approval on June 19th which is over the 30 day allowance. So now we’ll see how it works out with seeding the yard and building the deck. Anyway, I love my home , and so impressed with the crews following the critical path to create it. And I must add, the men working out her have all been polite, and down to business!!! Great job everyone!!

The entire building process from start to finish was well organized. The entire Veridian team and its partners were with me every step of the way from the initial houseplan selection, to financing, to exterior/interior feature selections that reflected my desire in my dream home. Veridian was also organized and made sure that their partners (appliances, lighting, landscaping) did their part in ensuring my selections were done in time so that building deadlines were in place. When it came time to break ground and start the actual build process Veridian partnered me with my personal builder who kept me up to date on all of the changes that were happening (foundation, framing, electrical, insulation) via weekly emails/videos. It was really exciting to see how quickly the construction went! Veridian finished my home in the time that was promised; the day before close we spent several hours in the home where my builder went through all of the things that were needed to keep the home running properly (heating, electrical, plumbing). Veridian took away alot of the stress that is associated with purchasing a new home. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend Veridian if your budget constrains you else go with another builder. Parts of Veridians building process is good but bulk of it is slow and takes lots of back and forth communication to get things right.
