Review of Overall Experience

The team we worked with (Natalie, Laura, and Preston) was spectacular! Questions were always answered promptly and they were a joy to work with. Craftsmanship of the home was top-notch as well. Even after moving in, Veridian was there for us if we had any concerns. Great home....we are very happy.

Review of Overall Experience

I would think a company with 20 plus years experience would be capable of framing a home with square corners, hang drywall straight and install trim straight with square corners, but I was wrong. No QC check to verify the framers installed the studs square, so the drywall was not square resulting in the trim bowing throughout the house. Each step should have been QC'ed after framing to check for square, after drywall to check for square which would result in a square base for trim, which would then be square. Veridian failed all three. I flagged the trim on the 30-day punch list and the trim vendor stated there is nothing he can do as the drywall is off due to the framing . One window had to be replaced due to a scratch or micro fracture. The HVAC crew connected the AC condensate drain to the furnace plug and the water leaked out of the furnace onto the floor. The shower door glass leaked and had to be patched. That didn't hold so now they have to remove and reinstall the shower door. A floor tile plank had to be replaced and several fireplace tiles were scratched and had to be replaced. i can accept the above as the items have been, or can be repaired. What is unacceptable is the trim not being square throughout the home.
