Brandon was & continues to be an excellent resource as the builder. Mikki has also been an incredible asset as the real estate agent. My only complaint would be Bruce Company as the landscaper. They have not been clear communicationers, not on schedule, lack solutions, they also messed up my sidewalk putting in dirt. Overall they have been very unprofessional and would give them a -1 for a rating. I would never recommend them!

As first time homebuyers, we were unsure if we should buy new or not. After doing a lot of research and touring homes (shoutout to our realtor, Dustin!), we decided to purchase new through Veridian. So far, we’ve had a great experience and have been enjoying our new home. Veridian is great for first time homebuyers because of the support and warranties they provide.
