Our personal builder was very unresponsive and we do not feel very confident that things were up to standard in our house. He forgot things and did not follow up on others. We also had an issue with shelving that if we were in the home sooner we would have seen the issue and been able to change it. Now that the shelf is already up we were told we can't change it.
