Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Weaver Homes clearly has a set process in place and did a fabulous job sticking to their process and timeline despite the current market and economic conditions.

Review of Overall Experience

As a new home owner we feel that we were rushed when it came to making selections, the electrical was very difficult because we did not know where to place outlets and Tv’s and they wired the 220 box wrong and now we must pay electrician to fix it. Megan and Taylor could have been more friendly. HOA scared us . We almost did not close because the landscaper never responded to several phone calls and we had a bad experience with the plant lady. We desperately need more dirt to fill our backyard and it falls on deaf ears after closing. I have a business degree in retail, marketing and management and had a successful career with Kraft foods.
