Jason Meyer was very responsive to our needs. He was always timely with his responses. Jason is a great listener who displayed genuine care during the build process.

Would Change

We felt that our sales rep could have given us better descriptions of the cost of upgrades. We made the mistake of assuming the quality of items in model were included in our home cost and not upgrades. We also felt timeliness of responses from sales rep could be improved. It would have been helpful to have clear communication when our "contact" changed from sales, to site manager, to walkthrough coordinator.

Rob Wacker, Carol in the office and Cory Seltzer were amazing to work with. Cory immediately got our ideas and desires and went above and beyond to help us get the home we desired. He answered our phone calls immediately and if he didn't know the answer, he got the information to us shortly after. Carol was a sweetheart. She gets the job done! When all else failed, Carol was responsive to our needs and replied imediately to get what was needed done! Rob Wacker has got to be one of the nices builders around. His dedication to getting us the home we wanted and concern for us getting a quality home at a fair price was AMAZING! We thank everyone involved with our wonderful building experience!!!! Windsor Homes is an amazing Company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone interested in building a new home!

Would Change

They were outstanding for the majority. During our building process Covid hit and my husband suffered a heart attack. They were gracious and understanding with us! I would recommend a formal follow up of anything that may have fallen under the table after closing. The office staff has responded immediately to follow up.
