The customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly, could be reached quickly or at the latest within 24 hours. Cory Setser was outstanding to deal with. He was friendly, genuinely seemed to care about the experience for my wife and I. I would recommend him (and already have) to anyone liking to buy or build a home. Pat Davis and Pat Feely have been great as well. They are responsive and genuinely want to make sure things are done right in our home. Dennis was great while at the home. He fixed any little touch-ups requested and did his part to make sure we were happy with everything upon moving in. Lastly, after setting our move-in date, I received a call from Rob regarding concerns about our garage floor. Surely we were disapponted in what we heard, but he called me directly, expressed his sincerest apologies and promised to make it right. It’s still a process and we are getting through the details of getting it fixed completely, but the fact that they are so thoughtful and caring enough be so forthcoming about everything tells me all I need to know about this company and those running the show.

Would Change

There are a few minor details with the home that need addressed, some cosmetic, some relating to our garage floor, etc., but I have nothing but the most confidence in the Windsor team to get everything handled in a timely fashion.
