Liked Most

Cory made the process really pretty easy, the communication from Rob Wacker, was a nice touch. It most certainly made us feel as if we mattered. Initially Pat Davis was really specific and detailed and then Pat Feely took over and was a good help as well. Then some things were missed and the buck was passed between the two Pats. Everything was cleared up and my opinion of Pat Davis, specifically, changed for the better. After we closed he was there immediately to address a few concerns and such. He was really helpful and very kind. I have nothing but great things to say about, Cory, Pat F, Pat D, Jessica and Rob. I am super impressed with their timeliness and overall kindness.

Would Change

A few things could have been communicated better, in the standpoint of budget for specific items and what was actually included in said sections. The process in which you pick items out, could also be refined. We did all of this during COVID and truth be told, we certainly were well taken care of.

They listened very good and Made many custom home changes in the design stage. Did not up charge me and covered most of the change orders because of lag times do uncertainty. They were more then fair.

Would Change

They did a great job. I know they were very busy with this record building economy. Normally responded very quickly.
