I really like the people, they are awesome and I understand they are busy but a simply email stating I have not forgot you, we will service you in 15 days or we will call you in 15 days to set up a service day and time would be satisfactory.
Response time and follow through and follow up. If you are not able to follow up or follow through inform the home owner. I am still waiting on a faucet to be placed in my kitchen after 30 days. You send an email and there is no reply. I am unsure if it is opened, read, or just sitting in the in-box.
Very happy with this smaller footprint, only two of us.
