Review of Overall Experience

I would not recommend Windsor to a friend or family member because most people in this tech savvy world have high expectations as it relates to response time and they do not make the cut when it comes to communication . In my current environment I could never consider not responding via text, email or phone and my customers are not even spending 400K+ , this just goes back to basic customers service. I don't think they truly value the business they are in or the customers they have or had and with all the competition they need to do better responding.
