We are very pleased with our home. As first-time buyers of a brand-new build, we didn't know what to expect, but overall, the experience has been positive. The builders kept to their schedule and were done on time, which was a really nice bonus. What we were surprised to find out, now that we've lived in our home for a few billing cycles, is that our power bill is higher in this energy-efficient home than it was in our previous home, built in 1950.

Love my new home
I was pleased with the overall experience of purchasing my home with Woodhill. Thus far, I have not had any maintenance problems.
Overall experience was great. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Your Project Manager, Matt, is a jewel. You are lucky to have him in your employ.
A few items weren’t finished before moving in and took quite some time to wrap them up. Besides that they were great to work with! They were very flexible with us in our finish options and we are overall very satisfied with our experience and new home!
