Love my new home
I was pleased with the overall experience of purchasing my home with Woodhill. Thus far, I have not had any maintenance problems.
Overall experience was great. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Your Project Manager, Matt, is a jewel. You are lucky to have him in your employ.
A few items weren’t finished before moving in and took quite some time to wrap them up. Besides that they were great to work with! They were very flexible with us in our finish options and we are overall very satisfied with our experience and new home!

Need to put electric outlet above fireplace, it’s an obvious place for a tv. Now I have to hire an electrician to run an outlet. Very minimal cost to add during construction compared to what I’m going to have to pay now. It would also be nice to pave a walkway on at least one side of the house so I don’t have to drag a lawnmower through gravel.
