Review of Overall Experience
Overall, we love our home and the look and feel of it. The building offices went by a lot quicker than we had anticipated so moving in earlier was a plus. Our only feedback would be to have more communication throughout the building process and expectations as well as clearer communication when it came to all the exterior pieces such as driveway, sidewalks, grading, etc. As well quicker communication when it came to questions about the house after it was built from the home owners to Baywest. We found the communication was not clear or non responsive and we felt that we were left on our own after possession of the home.

Review of Overall Experience
Simply put, I will not be buying another home through BayWest ever again and will not be recommending them as builders to anyone. They would not release the key for the house on the day of possession until the FULL amount was transferred but yet the house I am living in 6 months after is still having most of the same issues I started with (In order words, they still have not upheld their side of the bargain after collecting full payment)
