Would Change

The warranty rep experience has been terrible. We have been in the home for four months and the deficits identified have still not been repaired. The garage door is still unfinished, our kitchen tap has been broken for months. Our driveway and front walk is peeling and cracked. The warranty appt with the rep Michael scheduled for this morning, he was a no show and he did not contact me. I took time off work for this appt.
