Review of Overall Experience
We bought a spec home and were appreciative of the time efficiency to be able to get us into the home quickly after a fast possession date of the home we were selling. Some fixes in the home have taken a little while or several requests to be seen to. The quality of the home is good and we really like the layout. We also felt the value of the spec home was excellent.

Baywest hires caring, passionate and responsive people from sales to construction to warranty. My experience has been nothing but positive with everyone at Baywest. Not everything is going to be perfect when you move into a new home however Baywest makes sure that it’s close to perfect and anything that isn’t they work hard to getting it fixed so that it meets an owner specification. This is my experience and the reason why I bought with Barest Baywest again!
