Our home is well built with quality finishings. We are pleased with that. However, to get here was challenging. The sales staff were very slow to respond to questions, almost always had to be prompted to responded after a week of waiting for a response. That needs to improve. While we would recommend Baywest homes we are concerned that sales staff need to understand that they are important to the process and the lack of responsiveness stays with the buyer for a long time

In general we were pleased with the overall process involved with the design and building of our new home. I am unsure that all of the trades performed to the level that we and Baywest expected.
