Review of Overall Experience

Dealing with Mike at the beginning of the build process and throughout was great, as was dealing with Jonah. Jonah was very knowledgable and also made good suggestions on change during the build such as ducting layout changes and bulkhead changes which were greatly appreciated. However the long delays at every stage, and certain quality issues with mainly the cabinets, but also the windows and laundry counter did make the building experience extremely stressful! Another major complaint is the smart thermostat, the house was sold to us as a smart house, but the thermostat choice means that we cannot fully utilise the system as it is not compatible with our internet service provider. I feel this is short sited as more than 50% of homes would not be able to use this system. And to get the full smart experience with our heating/ventilation we will need to spend $100’s to replace the thermostats!

Review of Overall Experience

Staff were supportive throughout the entire process. However, there were several deficiencies and things that were not installed/completed prior to possession and currently still outstanding or only fixed within last week, one month after possession (kitchen sink/island, fridge, window coverings, shower glass, etc.)
