Overall it was a wonderful experience with Broadview! I do not believe any home build goes completely smoothly, however the sales and construction teams were always available to help and answer questions. There were a few team members that went above and beyond, and for that we are so grateful! We love the house.
The buying and purchasing processes was great. The sales guy Jason, was always quick to answer questions and help when he could. Since we've moved in my opinion is changing. The house is awesome, but nothing from our pre possession walk thru was completed before we moved in, and most still isn't done over a month later. The communication from the site supervisor is non existent (even the week leading up to living in). The only people who respond and have been helpful are the warranty team. The only time I got something done after asking about it for 2 weeks was when I said we'd hire someone to do the work and send the bill to Broadview. We are still waiting on hearing when we will get our driveway poured and the yard graded. But that comes from the site super and since we haven't heard anything from him at all, I'm not overly hopeful that unless I start bugging warranty that anything will actually happen. L
