Review of Overall Experience
Overall the experience with Broadview was okay. We experienced ~3 months of construction delays with little to no explanation which made things frustrating. Our original purchase agreement had a date of December 2024, we did not take possession until march 28th. Friends of ours built 3 homes down. Signed 2 months after we did and took possession 4 weeks before us. At possession the list of deficiencies to be addressed has been slow with little or no response from the construction team. At the time of writing this we have been passed to warranty, so hopefully it goes better now.
