Review of Overall Experience

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Broadview Homes! From first walking in and meeting with Stephen, to working with their Sales Manager Jeff, their Site Supervisor Jeff, and even the law firm they recommended - everything was truly fabulous! We felt heard, they made recommendations on plan changes to suit our family needs, and they were open to all our questions. When we first decided to go with Broadview, a big part of the decision was their specs - if you compare their specs to other builders, you get way more with Broadview. We loved this - it showed us that they really care about the product they're producing and what they're offering customers. It wasn't just about being the least expensive builder, it was making sure that once you took possession of your home you'd love the final product, the materials used, and that you were proud of the home you built. After having lived in our house for a few months now, I can say we are just as happy as we were on day one when we signed our purchase contract - we love it! Our vision came to life, the suppliers did an amazing job following through, we are amazed with the quality of our home, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Broadview to anyone we meet, and we're super grateful to everyone who helped make our dream home possible!!!! Danielle & Jack
