Review of Overall Experience

Our overall experience was good. Our salesperson was responsive and helpful but we did feel misled about our building before we signed the contract. We did not know there would not be an elevator or spa. Our Condo was a few months later than first told but we were not surprised. We knew the kind of quality we were getting when we signed the contract but still think the quality could be better. Also, we did get the impression that Cole West was more concerned about looking out for itself than the customer. We were also not surprised by this.
