Review of Overall Experience

Poor from about week 1 on. Lack of communication. Change in Agents, multiple times. Change in options and pricing. Constant changes in delivery and completion dates that were never communicated to us unless we inquired. Crappy follow up and follow through. We are still having to get on them for things that should have been done months ago, literally!!! I would not recommend Cole West to anyone at this point in time. I will actually deter anyone from using Cole West. All they want to do is push things down the road and blame their subs or COVID for anything and everything. Pathetic. Their Warranty department is non responsive as well and about as personable as a Black Widow spider. After 3 separate emails over 3 days I still have NOT heard from anyone in the Cole West Warranty department. What a JOKE. I have talked to other neighbors who have very similar feelings about Cole West. Not good. I just hope someone in the Cole West organization will step up and do what is right by completing my home to our expectations and satisfaction. We have been more than patient and have given extra time and effort with no results.

Frustrated at the length of time it took, even with COVID. A little frustrated with the lack of communication re: closing, especially when we are finally given an approximately closing date and then never updated that CW wasn't going to hit it.
