Review of Overall Experience

I could recommend Cole West as the product itself is good. I just can’t put anyone else through the sales experience. The lack of care and professionalism is shocking. Major concerns were ignored through the process until we escalated as no one was responding to our questions. Once we escalated, we were treated as a bother and threatened with cancellation if we contacted them again except through text messages, and gaslighted annd told “we responded to you” when they did not. Incredibly rude and no way to treat customers. The communities are designed nicely, with good amenities. The construction and warranty team was responsive and helpful. The design studio team was top notch.
