Working with the JTB team was great, everyone was easy to work with, responsive and friendly. There was a lot of back and forth in the beginning and no one ever made me feel like I was overcomplicating things or taking up too much of their time. The only individual that was difficult to work with at times was Lisa. She was friendly and helpful sometimes but others she came across as being dismissive and rude. She made me feel like because I took the time to read my contract, question her and seek to understand the process, that I was a burden to her. That my expectation to understand what was happening with such a large investment was a waste of her time. Once we met with the JTB team, at each stage, I tried to steer all of my communications with them directly.
