Review of Overall Experience

I'm very disappointed for not knowing the sump pump problems it runs every 2 minutes right now. Can't believe what my electric bill will be. I was in my condo 4 nights and I have water in my basement now I'm finding out they built on a high water table. This was not disclosed at the signing but all the neighbors knew of the problem with water running down the street for days until the sump pump was put in . Now here I sit praying that they will make it right. So right now I really don't want to fill out a survey because I don't know the put come of all of this.
