Review of Overall Experience

I am happy with the end result of my home and overall it was a fairly smooth process. However, I think JTB should implement at least one site visit with buyers before the final walk through. My home was unlocked and so I happened to be able to get in about a month prior to closing and noticed a couple major mistakes - if I hadn’t done that visit, then these would have all been brought to light on the day of the final walkthrough and it would have been an extremely distressing day. Also, the punch list items that need to be completed after the final walkthrough have been somewhat slow to accomplish.
