Appreciate the interest rate with NEO and the Prohome benefits. Am very disappointed in I feel I was not shown all the units available and there was little nfo available on the length of time units had been on the market. Most of all it was not disclosed that there is a commercial dairy lot just North of the development which would have been a very large factor in me moving forward with this purchase.

We moved into our condo Dec 2025. Had a couple of pretty major issues (clog in master toilet that caused leakage in utility room) and clog in garbage disposal and laundry room cabinet being installed in the wrong location causing the door not to close. Both clogs were builder contractor issues. Mallory resolved those expediently. She has been so responsive, professional and very personable. We could not be happier with Landmark's response with dealing with our issues. We had very minor 90 day issues that needed to be addressed (primarily cosmetic) which Mallory also took care of via Pro Home very expediently. We purchased the new Shavano version of the Cambridge. There were changes from what we viewed of the Cambridge model that were expected as explained by our Salesperson (Mike whom we were also very impressed with and was helpful throughout the entire sales process). We were disappointed, however with the wire shelving in the pantry and bedrooms as well as the living room window being different. The models have casement windows which the new buildings do not. We feel this should have been pointed out to us.

Would have given all 5 stars up until the experience with walk-through and Pro Home at the very end and after closing, respectively. I'll provide more information in subsequent questions. Would have given a 4.5 for overall rating if it was available. Am confident Landmark will get us to a feeling of 5 star, although with us advocating for ourselves.

We were shocked at moving in the quality of the appliances, specifically the washer and dryer, ceiling fans- and the price of the remotes, and the kitchen cabinets that don’t even hold a dinner plate. Neither the cabinets or drawers have the soft close.

We moved from Ohio so aside from looking at a model in person once, our entire transaction was conducted online. The Landmark Team was exceptionally helpful, even walking down to our unit while under construction to answer measurement questions!

Overall our experience was going well with Landmark until we realized we had a non-working clothes dryer in our new home. After 4 weeks and several calls to Landmark and GoPro we finally had a working unit. In my opinion a new home owner shouldn’t have to go 4 weeks without a dryer and have to constantly follow up with people to get anyone to react.

I am very disappointed in their following through with our prohome warranty. We had an installed broken fan light cover they refused to replace. We also scheduled warranty repairs on our 3 month date and only some of the repairs were made. I took a special day off to get this done but only a few items were addressed. No communication or explanation. It feels like they are more focused on building new units than making sure old customers are taken care of. Also it seemed like they were in such a rush to finish that they left a lot of debris throughout the home. Almost like they didn’t do a thorough inspection before signing the home off to close.
