I'm mostly happy with Landmark but the internet set up, water damage in the foyer the day we moved in, and lack of mail box even after 1 month of living here were not what we signed up for. Also construction ended up being delayed about 6 months longer than we were quoted which cost us approximately $15,000 in rent which was extremely irritating, as Landmark did not provide many updates and were extremely opaque about this process. If we literally got a ballpark estimate for a date we could have saved over a thousand dollars in just short-term fees at our temporary housing, and Landmark wouldn't budge on helping out at all there either. Overall we're extremely happy with our condo but that's mostly because of the location and due to the floorplan/quality of the build. The actual process was frustrating, but if I had to do it all over again I'd still use Landmark, if only because they are the developer for the location we wanted.
