Review of Overall Experience

there are so many areas where home builder had bare minimum to complete work with expected quality. Simple items completed badly, with such mistakes where I think installation/construction was done in a hurry or with very low professional level. Cannot imagine professionals can deliver such level of quality intentionally. In last 2.5 month I have ongoing communication with Landmark about various fixes, some of them have to be fixed twice, some are yet resolved. For example: you would expect the counter tops in the kitchen are installed flat and cut with square corners - not the the case in my new home. Another problem - the temperature of the inner walls in entry foyer can drop up to 40F on cold Colorado day - I have such case in January 24 when outside temperatures dropped 0F. I expect the entry foyer and closet are a living space and temperatures have to be close to normal - at least 60F. I suspect the insulation was not or badly installed, but it could also be a construction deign which was completed with such level of oversight. So, overall I am very disappointed with the delivered quality and professionalism of the builder.

Review of Overall Experience

My 30 day walk through was very disappointing. I requested the painters to come and fix the paint job as they missed a bunch of spots after the walk through. They never showed up. I’m currently very upset with the paint job in the interior of my home and no one has contacted me to reschedule the painters. Very disappointing
