Review of Overall Experience

From our first visit to Pine Lakes to closing we could never ask for a better experience!! Beginning with Catherine the sales agent who was amazing very knowledgeable answered every question and was always available our first choice was delayed because of contract issues she was always in contact to keep us updated on future builds we eventually got a beautiful new home Thanks to her!! I also need to give Chris and Sarp his minion our construction managers a tremendous amount of gratitude for their knowledge and hard work from our first viewing and multiple walk thru’s they were always there to answer questions and complete everything they said they would even after the sale I hear from them every week and check in when in the neighborhood I have been in customer service for over 40 years the service provided by Meritage Homes is second to none couldn’t be happier Thank you again for those who were mentioned!!
