Fransico was the best employee with Mertige homes he truly shows he care about the customers and communication was excellent, on the sales side I absolutely loved Benita until she got the sale after that nothing she said was followed through much of the things said was incorrect or have not been done. She never welcomed us I had to find many of the things out like mail box key and trash service out on my own. The HOA also had trash incorrect

We had an understanding before obtaining our loan but it was not honored. The loan was sold right after we closed and caused us a bit of hardship since the recast we expected could not be obtained for months instead of weeks. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience

Other than closing and the number i called with my in house fire alarm going off after hours and your warranty department not thinking it was something that warranted an emergency (we could not have stayed in the house with the alarm going off all night! And fire department could not stop it) it has been ok
