The construction managers Francisco and Jacob were excellent. Their response time was great. I did not have to have a good experience with Jessica. I am on two occasions call her lying about her sales tactics also lying over when we got mailbox keys when I believe she knew the truth in the beginning so as for the Construction, it was good. Jessica was not a good sales person. Once I said yes, she really didn’t want anything to do with me.

Great experience. Although they are very quick in responding, after 2 months of moving in I found some termites in my garage. I'm not very satisfied how that is not covered
