Review of Overall Experience

My experience was great. Rebecca and Keith we’re great. Both provided excellent customer service . Answered all my questions. Helped navigate me through the entire process from beginning to closing . After closing on my home, Keith answered any question I had regarding the home functioning and took time to show me. You don’t receive that level of customer service after you closed on a home.

Review of Overall Experience

I've purchased a home 2 month ago, Meritage never honored there 21 days. I contacted Elizabeth advising her of my issues. She did replied back in a timely manner, she also CC project manager Chris. It's been about 1 month since my email was sent and haven't heard anything from Meritage . There's still a few cosmetic and fence is also damage. My grass in the front was also not placed correctly. I'm highly disappointed because Meritage is not honoring on there end.
