Review of Overall Experience

I had issues with the AC. I was told the filter had been changed prior to move in. However when I checked it did not even have one in it. Problem was fixed but should not have been an issue to begin with. Also getting the access door to the attic fixed was an issue. Was given a 4mm string and to to "tie a screw or nail to it". I refused that as a fix. After a few days a wooden handle with a hook was given to open it.
