Review of Overall Experience

We purchased 2 homes abs they both have issues. We have a water leak and a large water bill even though no one has ever lived in the house. They may need to drill up the garage floor or the driveway. The other unit has the water meter making odd noises and the deadbolt to the garage people door, doesn’t work. We’ve never even moved in.
