Floor creeks in upstairs bedrooms, window won’t close properly with screen in place,doors won’t close properly, front door has gap at the bottom allowing bugs to enter, electrical outlets in front room not working. So far that’s what I found.

Home buying process was very smooth, but the warranty process is very bad. If we ever have a home emergency and try to contact warranty center it takes 24-48 hours to get a response which just isn’t acceptable if we have a water issue etc and need immediate response.

Ryan is amazing! He has been excellent to work with. I have not had the same experience with Vincent, the construction mgr., he is unresponsive and hard to get in contact with. I emailed him over a week ago to get my doorbell camera installed and have yet to hear back. However, Ryan has been super helpful and responsive and has made me feel at home.

We love our home! But there have been issues with hvac, leaking faucets, patchy dead grass. And Meritage warranty is slow to get contractors out to fix it. We wish there was no HOA. We love our neighbors.
