My overall experience was horrible. In the middle of closing on our home our loan agent quit. Got a new guy who was already on vacay so we was left to the wolves essentially. Was told one price for closing by the new loan agent and then at closing was made to pay almost 3,000 more! The worst experience ever totally neglected
