Several discrepancies with the house as far as the bricks, the siding and the third-party equipment already my Garage Door doesn’t work nail heads are pushing through the wall no lights in any of the closets and several other issues

We experienced friendly and accommodating service from our sales representative, Megan and project manager, Nick. Both were quick to respond to questions and were helpful and pleasant to work with. Having purchased new construction before, the quality of craftsmanship and finish work and is lower than we've experienced with other homes, in general. But overall, we are happy with our purchase.

From day 1 Tamika was amazing to work with, was upfront with costs and put my mind at ease. I have an analytical personality type and she gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. Buying a new home was definitely the right choice for me, the peace of mind that everything works, also the included features if the home made it a no brainer. Chase did amazing work fixing what needed attention in the home. He has always been an absolute professional and is always punctual. I can only saw good things about this team.
