What I like most was the fact that the team was responsive. I have such limited time due to my job and having two young kids and the fact that I was not in the state where the house was for most of the build process to where it was absolutely important that the construction manager and the sales manager kept me up to date on the building process, the appearance of the house and all the things throughout the process that was done. It made me feel even better about the choice we made in buying not only through Meritage but also in the community that we bought. I honestly can say, as I have built a house previously through another builder, that this experience by far was better than the last and I would recommend Meritage to anyone and everyone who may be in the house market to buy next time. The construction manager Tim and the sales representative Jessica were amazing to work with.

Would Change

I would not change a thing about the home or the service provided by Meritage. From the beginning of the purchasing process (call center) to the end, the team was responsive, addressed all my questions/concerns with a timely and satisfactory response.
