Review of Overall Experience

Rob and Ryan were AMAZING- But our experience using Meritage Homes as a lender was awful. We closed late and the questions asked during the loan process were beyond unnecessary. We have never had so many questions asked about our transaction history and where small checks came from. Our family is in real estate and this has never been our experience with any other lender.
