Review of Overall Experience

Overall we've been pleased with our home building experience. Communication has been good, we love the floor plan and options pre-selected for flooring/colors/cabinets. Our biggest issue was the installment of the kitchen backsplash...the pattern selected was pretty but was not spaced out to look nice in our kitchen. Meritage was not going to fix the issue which was super frustrating. Fortunately we got a new construction manager assigned to our home near the end of the building process and he agreed that it had not been installed well and fixed it for us. We greatly appreciate Shane!
