Review of Overall Experience

I would recommend the builder but not the lender they use. The lender does not seem to know what they are doing. This is the third home that I’ve purchased and I’ve never had a financial experience like this before. It was very frustrating.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall, it was a descent experience with some things that they could improve on. The building in general was subpar with a lot of things that needed to be fixed. The majority of the things we asked to get fixed were. Chase was very responsive which we appreciate. One thing that took place that shouldn’t have taken place was workers using our power outlets once we owned the house when we weren’t home. - Had issues with breaker and circuit was overloaded when painters were trying to do job bc construction workers loading stuff too. This needs to be addressed so it doesn’t happen in the future to other future home owners.
