The entire experience purchasing a home with Meritage homes was superb from the first encounter at the sales office all the way till the last on the final closing day. The process was organized, quick, and very professional with all members associated with the transaction. The quality of the home is excellent.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Meritage Homes. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. It was really important for me that everything fit into my busy lifestyle, and they delivered exactly that. The process was efficient, well-organized, and completed in just about 6 weeks. Pasquale was incredibly patient and genuine, taking the time to make sure I fully understood each step and felt confident along the way. Romane was equally wonderful, kind, detail-oriented, and instrumental in making sure everything was set up for a smooth and timely closing. At closing, the entire team was so warm and welcoming, which made the moment even more special. What truly sets Meritage Homes apart, though, is their construction team—Dominick and Darrel. I honestly can’t say enough great things about them. The walkthrough was extremely informative, especially as a first-time buyer, and Dominick went above and beyond by keeping me informed throughout the entire process and even after closing. That level of communication and care is rare to find. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their work and their homeowners. Their hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Because of this experience, I would absolutely purchase another home with Meritage Homes in the future.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con el equipo de Meritage. Román, el lender, una persona muy idonea excelente profesional encontrando siempre las mejores soluciones , estuvo muy pendiente, explicando cada parte del proceso con honestidad y manteniéndonos al día con todas las actualizaciones. La comunicación fue constante y clara. Además, tanto Román como Natalia nos proporcionaron contactos útiles de personas que podían ayudarnos durante el proceso. Natalia también estuvo siempre dispuesta a apoyarnos, brindándonos explicaciones sobre la casa de manera muy amable, clara y honesta Por su parte, Jason no solo respondió a todas nuestras preguntas, sino que también nos ayudó gentilmente a programar lo del agua y estuvo disponible para apoyarnos en cualquier necesidad, como los filtros o revisar el acceso al aire acondicionado en el techo. Su orientación fue muy didáctica y siempre nos dio respuestas rápidas. También queremos destacar a la compañía de título, quienes nos dieron una bienvenida muy bonita y nos explicaron claramente todo el proceso de firmas, haciéndolo sencillo y agradable. En general, todo el equipo es muy organizado, atento y comprometido con las necesidades de sus clientes. ¡Los recomiendo totalmente!

The home overall is great I just really hate the hvac handler in attic design and if you had to do that I have no idea why you couldn’t move the only device up there that needs a filter change the dehumidifier a few feet closer to the attic entrance just to avoid having t get my whole body up there. Convenience is key.
