Our overall experience with Meritage Homes was truly amazing from start to finish. Diana was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — it didn’t matter if I texted her on a weekend, early morning, or late evening, she always responded quickly and never left us with unanswered questions. She made the entire home-buying experience feel smooth and stress-free. I would also like to highlight Chris, who did an excellent job during the walkthrough process. Everything we discussed was taken care of, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Anytime I had questions, Chris was also very responsive and helpful. We are extremely happy with our experience and very grateful for all the support, professionalism, and kindness we received from the entire team.

The closing was smooth but the paper work is not, my house closed on 3/31. The HOA still did not provide me my account information. Someone called me about a termite service for a house in another community. Someone in the office just randomly assigned contact information for random house, very sloppy

Kevin, Natalie and Tiffany were great to work with . Your company is not accommodating or helpful in many areas of the buying process which is unfortunate. The reason I didn’t dock the score is because the good people shouldn’t be punished.

Chris -has been an exceptional building manager the whole process & continues to be professional & kind. Highly recommend him, 10/10 Dayana - is a great agent, she helped us in deciding what home fit our needs best. She provided all the documentation & communication to feel welcome in the new community. She worked well with our realtor Brianne to get us to the closing table. Thank you
