The roof design of the Palermo is bad. Rainwater at the entry pours down like a waterfall. Meritage shouldn't be so cheap about providing gutters at that point.

Sales Manager got moved to a new location about a month after contract, my file was not transistioned well becuase I did not hear from the Sales team again. I have purchased from Meritage before so I knew the quality of Service I received was poor. Also, my contractor resigned a month after contract and the contractor who took over was handling too many homes to give great service. He did good, but the big issues was my list of fixes at final walkthrough where not resolved prior to moving in. I have had remind him weekly to get these fixed and I still have 2 unresolved issues 6 weeks after moving in.
