Ben kept me informed on the status of the new build and Pacesetter met their building date. Greg, my project manager is a detailed and courteous person. He took care of all touch-ups therefore making my walk-through a memorable event. He continues to provide excellent customer service to me after the completion of the sale. Customer service is everything and Pacesetter is delivering that through those who work and represent their company. Ricardo Lara , the representative for the home warranty is also delivering strong and timely customer service.

My experience with the construction manager Greg was amazing! He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had, and did a really good job in terms of the details of the house. However, I struggled with the sales manager, Summer and almost didn't buy the home because the experience with her was very unpleasant

Forced to close in November. No door pulls, bathroom cabinet upstairs looked like someone drilled on outside of door first. Weeds, weeds, weeds.

Very happy with our Pacesetter Home. The one story plan gives us everything we need and more. We chose the Terrace plan with the casita. We love all the windows, wide windowsills, beautiful bathrooms, etc. Joe was great to work with and gave us outstanding service during the building process and after the close.

The construction is below to expected I had fauns many defect in materials and unfinished construction which I had report with the construction manager that up to 2 months living in the house he has not responded

I love my new home. My home buying experience was amazing. My salesman Joe was so helpful and so professional, he made the entire process very easy. I loved going to the design center and had a blast with Brenda picking out my different finishes, it made all the difference to me to be able to choose. I had two job foremen, Anthony and Dan and both were exceptional, especially Dan who worked very hard to get me in my new home before Thanksgiving! Everything that was promised was delivered and any hiccups along the way were addressed immediately. A wonderful experience, a beautiful home.
