My first agent was Noah. The file then hit transferred to Ian. Ian told me straight out he is down and under with this deal and is getting no commission for his work. He has not read the file and had no clue as to my home or its specs. Noah promised me smart lock on the door, water softener. Later I was told pacesetter does not offer smart lock and water softener was not in my package. The amount of stress I had to deal with was not called for. I had to reach out to corporate.

I had a great experience with the staff of pacesetters home, except for minor hiccups here and there, I would say that my experience was pretty good. Shoutout to Angel and Greg.
