I would not recommend Tilson to anyone after what me and my family experience from the incompetent sales rep to the slow response from the builder.

We understand that you had a negative experience with one of our sales consultants, and we apologize for what happened. Once you brought your issues to our attention, we assigned a new consultant who worked closely with our VP of Sales to quickly get your home released to construction. Your builder finished your home nine months after construction began. We know that the beginning of the process was not ideal, and we did everything possible to make it right. We're always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, and used your feedback to make changes that will prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
