Review of Overall Experience

They lost my windows for 5 weeks. No one cared until I brought it to their attention. I have 2 outside door that leak and one that barely closes enough to engage the deadbolt. I was told that neither was an emergency. The door to the garage an the front door have gaps in the weather stripping that light shines through. 60 puch list has come and gone with no response from Tuskes. Everyone was fairly helpful until closing. After closing, I am on my own.

During that time we were following up with our suppliers daily to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Regarding your 60 day list, according to our records we have not received anything from you. Please send the list to our warranty department as per the instructions you received during your final walk and after closing and we will be happy to address any outstanding issues you are experiencing.
