The Survey Explorer feature allows you to identify and review individual survey responses. It also allows you to evaluate your customer’s journey and how/if their perception of your brand has changed throughout the build process.
Navigate in Survey Explorer
Step 1: Click Survey Explorer on the left navigation bar and click on the customer’s name that you wish to view.
Step 2: Now you will see the customer’s journey at the top of the page. Here you will be able to see each survey associated with the buyer’s record.
Step 3: On the right of the Customer Journey you will see a question dropdown which includes questions from your shared surveys.
Step 4: Within the drop-down menu, you are able to choose from your shared questions in order to further evaluate the customer’s journey.
